Join our next Nite Out with NAMI Book Club!

We will be discussing the book, "Self-Compassion: The Proven Power of Being Kind to Yourself" by Kristin Neff, PhD. This book offers exercises and action plans for dealing with every emotionally debilitating struggle, be it parenting, weight loss, or any of the numerous trials of everyday living.

We are also partnering with Heartstring Melodies, LLC to offer Nite Out with NAMI: An Introduction to Music Therapy.

Have you ever wondered about how music can be intentionally used to support your health and wellness goals? Join us on April 4th to explore a sampler of music experiences led by a board-certified music therapist. Participants can expect to explore instrument play, songwriting, and improvisation while engaging meaningfully with peers, having opportunities for self-expression and self-reflection, and more. No prior music experience is required!
